N-Viro International Corporation

N-Viro International Corporation is a company that mixes waste products from the coal combustion electric generation, cement and lime industries. In other words they take waste and make into fertilizer or patented biomass alternative energy fuel. They do treat and recycle wastewater sledges and other bio-organic wastes, utilizing certain alkaline and mineral by-products produced by the cement, lime, electric utilities and other industries.  has been in business for 15 years providing material to area farmers and to the horticultural community. N-Viro International Corporation has also been used by the University of Toledo and by the Toledo Botanical Gardens, and is blended with other materials to make commercial bulk and bagged topsoil. Go here to see their web site it really is something to read. http://www.bloggerwave.com/Bloggerwave/c/391/31365/0

American farmers use more N-Viro Soil annually than all other lime treated biosolids-derived products combined. N-Viro Soil is also used in landscaping and horticulture, land reclamation, landfill cover material, silviculture, topsoil blending, and as a soil amendment. N-Viro is often blended with materials and bagged for use in home gardens.  We eat food everyday that comes from farms that uses the fertilizer from this company so it is safe.

You can't fix what is't broken

I don't know why people want to change me. I don't dress cute enough, I can't run from one ending of the house to the other side all day, I don't want to get out of bed at midnight to clean house.

I am a good person. I allowed a friend to stay at my house with her kids for two months for free. I allowed another woman to stay at my house with her three kids for two and a half months. She was suppose to help with bills but she didn't.

It seams that now people want me you to change. Take from people. Do what I want when I want no matter who it hurts. I'm not willing to do that. I know money makes the world goes round but I'm not willing to run anyone over for it. I do have respect for people and I'm not just going to hurt anyone for it.

I am willing to work for money. I am best at food. I was shift leader at Wendy's for seven years and manager at Zero Subs for two years but worked their for four years. I don't bouncing around from job to job.

Job Hunting

Finding a job today is not going to happen. You drive around and pick up job applications from everywhere. You look on the Internet find one go get and ask, "Are you hiring?" The girl behind the counter says, "We're excepting applications." Then you say, "I was just online and it said you are hiring." Then she says, "I don't know anything about it." Then you get really mad.

As an ex manager I use to thank people were lazy and didn't want to take the time to come in and ask for an application. But now I know. They don't want to waste gas they don't have to drive to the store.

In my own job search I have fond out owners are not as kind as they once were. My last boss thought I should get down on my hands and knees and thank him for the three hours I got a day for three days a week. I have two kids to take care of. I need more hours then that.
